How do I register?

The Group registration rate of $1,000 per person (discounted from $1,500) is available when four or more delegates from the same organisation register together. Note: that in order to access this rate, all registrations must be submitted together. This rate cannot be applied in retrospect.
The group registration site allows you to register each delegate then move to the next person. If you are registering on behalf of your colleagues, please have their contact information, dietary requirements (if any) and session attendance ready before you start. Note: you will not be able to save the forms and come back at a later date.

Dinner tickets are included in full registrations. Guests and day registrants are welcome to attend, with the purchase of an additional ticket/s, at $130 per person.
If you plan to purchase a full registration as well as additional dinner ticket/s, please nominate the number of additional ticket/s in your registration.
If you purchase a single day registration, which does not include the conference dinner, and wish to attend, please nominate the total number of dinner tickets in your registration.
We regret refunds are not given on purchased or included dinner tickets; however you are welcome to allocate the ticket to another guest.
Keep your dinner ticket safe – they must be redeemed to gain entry to the conference dinner.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment instructions will be provided when you register, and will confirm your registration.
To receive the earlybird discount, payment must be received by Friday 25 January 2019, otherwise the standard registration fee of $1500 per person will be charged.
Cancellations and refunds
We understand that your attendance plans may change. To accommodate this, you can nominate a substitute delegate at any time and there is no fee for a change in delegate name.
Cancellations received before 15 February 2019 will have their registration cost refunded, less an administration fee of A$100. We regret that delegates who cancel after this date will not be refunded and encourage you to transfer your registration to a colleague. You will need to advise us if you are transferring your registration and note there is no charge for this.
