ASEL review stage 2 – issues paper

​Stage 2 of the review began in August 2018 with the release of an:

  • issues paper
  • endorsed reformatted standards for further public consultation.

In the issues paper, the Technical Advisory Committee posed a series of questions on key issues identified in stage 1 of the review.

Submissions were sought between 23 August and 19 September 2018.

The committee received 41 submissions from individuals, businesses, industry, animal welfare organisations and government departments.
