Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
Due to maintenance of underlying IT infrastructure, the Cargo Online Lodgement System will experience a service disruption from 21:00 Sunday 5th August to 02:30 Monday 6th August 2018 (AEST).
COLS users will still be able to submit lodgements, however auto-population of entry data will be unavailable. Clients will be required to manually enter their details when lodging during this outage period.
COLS users will also experience errors when attempting to:
- Request a direction reissue
- Request an original lodgement be resent via email (via the Check Lodgement Status Function).
Clients are advised that the above functions will be available on the completion of this scheduled maintenance period.
