Who does this notice affect?
All departmental clients who use the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS), Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) and the Maritime Arrivals Reporting System (MARS) and the Online Payment Portal (OPP).
What has changed?
The department is experiencing delays with the issuing of invoices and receipts from PEBS, COLS, MARS and the OPP. These delays are occurring as of 10:00 Monday 25 February (AEDT).
This delay is not affecting the functionality of PEBS, MARS, COLS and OPP applications and we are working on remediating the issue as soon as possible.
The department appreciates importers and brokers’ patience with this issue and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
