Who does this notice affect?
This change affects clients who currently call the Central East Region Inspection Bookings – Client Contact Group (CCG) to request an appointment for an import inspection.
What has changed?
This notice is to advise that as of May 11, 2015, import inspection appointment requests will no longer occur via telephone.
All import inspection appointment requests must be made via email to NSW Central Bookings using the ‘Request for Inspection Form’. This form can be found on page 2 of this notice or alternatively can be emailed to the client upon request.
How will this work?
- Client will send their import Request for Inspection Form to NSW Central Bookings.
- An automated response will be sent to the client.
- Once the import inspection appointment request has been processed, the client will receive a confirmation email detailing the inspection appointment information.
