Spotlight, the conference’s trade stand exhibition
ABARES offers a limited number of sites for Spotlight, the trade stand exhibition, over the two days of the conference. Centrally located in the conference venue foyer where morning and afternoon teas are served, a trade stand introduces your organisation to delegates, offers a convenient meeting point to pick up on conversations started in sessions and consolidates your presence at the event.
Spotlight is an opportunity to showcase new website tools and apps, launch a flagship publication or boost audience awareness of your services. ABARES will also feature your participation in our social media and conference communications channels.
Media Centre and media registration
Registered journalists can use the dedicated Media Centre and take advantage of work stations, an interview room and live feeds from the keynote sessions in the Royal Theatre, plus access all conference sessions.
The Media Centre opens at 8.00am on Tuesday 3 March and is open for the duration of the conference. Media Centre staff are available to coordinate interviews with conference speakers, access to ABARES media releases and additional information.
Registration is complimentary for registered journalists. However charges for catering and the conference dinner do apply. We appreciate your registration in advance of the conference.
Media registration is open to journalists from general newspapers, wire services, broadcast media and industry related websites but not to private communications, government or tertiary communications, public relations organisations or staff. Please contact us if you have any queries.
