The Future Drought Fund is helping communities become more resilient.

The national program will support community organisations and networks, through projects that encourage connectedness in agricultural communities across Australia. The Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR) will deliver this program.

Purpose

The FRRR will support community networks by funding activities that:

  • strengthen the capacity and capability of the network organsiations, including increasing the reach of network members
  • facilitate professional, social and community network events which contribute to building a positive community culture
  • provide training that improves the skills and capacity of network members
