Networks to Build Drought Resilience

A competitive grant round for the Networks to Build Drought Resilience program has closed.

The national program designed to support training and networking events and foster projects that encourage connectedness for agricultural communities across Australia will be delivered by a provider with experience in managing projects that develop community networking and connectedness.

The provider will deliver a program that supports ongoing community networking and social development activities, including training of social network members, small-scale community infrastructure projects that improve community meeting places, and hosting community-rated events that strengthen networking capacity and engagement throughout agriculture-dependent communities.

Information about this grant is available on the Australian Government’s Community Grants Hub website.

It is expected that the successful provider will be announced by early 2021.
