Purpose
To advise exporters that an updated list of core documents required under approved arrangements has been published on the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources’ (the department) website.
Key Points
Further to EAN 2017-13 about changes to the bluetongue virus zone and the implications for livestock exports, property of origin clearances from the Victorian and New South Wales state governments are now required to be provided to the department (with other core documents) for livestock exports to the following countries:
- Argentina, the People’s Republic of China, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, the Russian Federation, Sri Lanka, the Republic of Turkey and Taiwan.
The core documents list will be reviewed and updated as required following any further changes to the bluetongue virus zone.
