Guideline - Auditing export red meat and wild game processing establishments and independent boning rooms

The audit framework is dependent upon the establishment registration type, importing country listings and audit frequency. New entrants into the Tier 2 export system must undergo a minimum of six periodic audits after which they can nominate for twice yearly systems audits or remain on periodic audits.
