Prices and inclusions

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. It does not include the 2.2% processing fees that will be charged at check out.

Welcome Sundowners tickets

The exclusive Welcome Sundowners networking event, proudly sponsored by the Council of Rural RDCs, is a perfect opportunity to network and make new connections across the agricultural sector. The event will take place at the conclusion of day one on Tuesday 3 March from 5-7pm on the terrace at Hotel Realm. In-person conference experience tickets include a ticket to Welcome Sundowners.

Standalone tickets to the networking event are $110 which includes entry, drinks and canapes.

Student tickets 

A limited number of digital conference experience tickets are available for students for a discounted rate of $100. Please make a request by emailing your institution and area of study to abaresevents@aff.gov.au

Media tickets

A limited number of in-person and online media tickets are available for members of relevant media outlets. To access the media code, please send a request to abaresevents@aff.gov.au

International delegates

We welcome international delegates to attend the ABARES Outlook conference. Please note that our department is unable to provide written invitations or assist with obtaining a visa to enter Australia to attend the conference. You can find information on entry requirements to Australia from the Department of Home Affairs.

Payments and groups

Tickets must be purchased online with a valid credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Invoicing is available for groups of 10 or more only and can be arranged by contacting our registrar at outlooktickets@confco.com.au. Please note there are no group discounts available.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received before Friday 30 January 2026 are eligible for a refund less an administration fee of $100 AUD.

Refunds are not available after 30 January; however, a substitute delegate can be nominated at any time at no extra cost.

All cancellations and name changes must be advised in writing to outlooktickets@confco.com.au.
