For enquiries relating to companion animals, please contact our office in the capital city of the state or territory you are exporting from.

All other general enquiries phone line: (02) 6272 4581.

Phone line operating hours are: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:00pm Canberra time.

Livestock

For general enquiries, please contact the national office.

For all other enquiries, please contact your local state or territory office.

Our free call whistleblower hotline is available to report breaches of export conditions.
