DFAT and Austrade

We work closely with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and Austrade to advance Australia’s agricultural trade.

While DFAT and Austrade lead Australia’s international diplomatic and economic engagement, we contribute extensive sectoral expertise by:

  • negotiating and maintaining technical market access
  • delivering strong biosecurity systems
  • shaping export standards
  • administering legislation and providing regulatory assurance.
