Mangoes to China as required under the Conditions for Import of Mangoes from Australia to China as agreed between the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) of the People’s Republic of China National Plant Quarantine Service and Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF). I will undertake application of regular and routine hygiene pest control programs, including the keeping of records to ensure that quarantine pests of concern to China are adequately managed.

Mangoes to Korea as required under the Conditions for Import of Mangoes from Australia to Korea as agreed between the National Plant Quarantine Service (NPQS) of Korea and Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF). I will undertake application of regular and routine hygiene pest control programs, including the keeping of records to ensure that quarantine pests of concern to Korea are adequately managed.

Mangoes to Japan as required under the Conditions for Import of Mangoes from Australia to Japan as agreed between the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF). I will undertake application of regular and routine hygiene pest control programs, including the keeping of records to ensure that quarantine pests of concern to Japan are adequately managed.

I acknowledge that failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions and restrictions may lead to suspension or cancellation of said registration.

I agree that the information contained in this form may be released by AQIS to relevant industry bodies and importing country quarantine authorities so that they can be aware of which horticultural entities are eligible to export their products overseas. I also understand and agree that these bodies may display such information on their websites.
