The department has changed the Finance System email address
On 5 December 2021, the department upgraded its finance system which resulted in invoices, receipts and statements being distributed from a new email address (DoNotReply@finance.awe.gov.au).
What does this mean for you?
If you do not believe you have received any of these documents from the department since 5 December 2021, you may wish to please check your junk and spam email folders to see if any finance correspondence has been diverted there. We also suggest you update your safe sender list to include the new email address: DoNotReply@finance.awe.gov.au
For any further information please contact the Account Receivable team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
On 1 July 2022, we became the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
We are updating our website to reflect our changed role. If you are looking for information about the environment and water portfolio, you will now find it on the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water website.
