Four stages of collecting and disbursing levies. Step 1: Levy Payment - levy payers pay levies to collection agents or department. Step 2: Collection - Collection agent collects the levy and submits levy returns to department. Step 3: Disbursement - Department receives and pays levy to specified levy recipient bodies (such as RDCs). Step 4: Receipt of levies - Levy recipient bodies manage the levies in line with industry and government priorities.
