All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.
Information
Due to scheduled maintenance, the Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS) will be unavailable from 23:00 Thursday 28 September to 03:00 Friday 29 September 2023 (AEST).
Action
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.

However, the department anticipates that it will continue to meet the published service standards timeframes for Urgent commodities.
