Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).

Information

Due to scheduled system maintenance, AAMP will be unavailable between 20:00 to 23:30 Friday 28 March 2025 (AEDT).

Action

Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access this service.

81-2025: Transition phase of the Highly compliant importer project

Who does this notice affect?

All importers and customs brokers who lodge imported cargo eligible under the Highly Compliant Importer Project (HCIP).

Background

The highly compliant importer project (HCIP), implemented in July 2018, is an initiative to reduce intervention for compliant importers and ensure departmental resources are focused on high-risk priorities. The following import industry advice notices have been published in relation to the project:

2025-08: Transition of NEXDOC – Other Goods to all markets (excluding China, Macau, Hong Kong and South Korea) are transitioning to NEXDOC on 7 April 2025
