Allocation of Provisional Grant of Alfonsino Statutory Fishing Rights.
In May 2010, the Australian Fisheries Management Authority granted provisional allocation of statutory fishing rights in the Small Pelagic Fishery, under the Small Pelagic Fishery Management Plan 2009.

If you are dissatisfied with a decision the Australian Fisheries Management Authority or a Joint Authority has made concerning the provisional allocation of statutory fishing rights, you may be able to appeal to the SFRARP
