Purpose

This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to advise Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) users of planned outages.

Who does this notice affect?

Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who will be required to book and manage requests for import inspections using the Biosecurity Portal during this planned outage.

Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approve Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).

All clients required to use the following systems during this planned outage:

  • Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON)
  • External Verification for eCertificates (EVE)
  • Seasonal Pests (SeaPest)

2024-30: NEXDOC – Wool, Skins and Hides Moving to NEXDOC

To notify stakeholders of the export certification templates available in NEXDOC from 25 November 2024

Who does this notice affect?

Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal using the ‘Sign in with your Digital ID’ (myID) pathway.

Approved arrangement operators attempting to access online reports of entries referred to the department for biosecurity assessment, or management under a class 19 Approved Arrangement, via the Biosecurity Cargo Status Tracker (BCST).
