This market access advice replaces MAA2013-04. The Department of Agriculture (the department) has negotiated revised certification requirements for fish and fishery products exported to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A declaration of compliance is a statement made by the manufacturer regarding the eligibility of the prescribed egg and egg products being exported.
The declaration must state the specific egg products being exported meets all the requirements of the Export Control (Egg and Egg Products) Rules 2021, and any specific importing country requirement. This shows the product is:
