Under FOI I ask for all notes, records and documentation with respect to my personal complaint to you, regardless of the media by which it is stored with particular respect to the following;
-The decision process and relevant legislation and policy that was used to determine the length of time (4 months) to not respond

-The decision process and relevant legislation and policy that was used when you chose not to protect my rights with special request on supporting documentation you used that shows how failure to act and not abiding by your oath to serve is permitted by legislation and policy;

-The decision process and relevant legislation and policy that was used to determine that human torture and violation of human rights is acceptable by you failing to act.

-The decision process and relevant legislation and policy that was used to determine that the slaughter of a critically endangered species is acceptable which you allowed.

All documents that were before Greg Manning, Assistant Secretary, Assessments and Post Approvals Branch, for consideration when determining whether to approve the variation of conditions in relation to the South Bates Extension Underground Mine, Warkworth, NSW (EPBC 2016/7816) (Variation), including (without limitation) any proposed decision brief (or similar document) and any attachments to it. We note that the Variation was approved by Mr Manning on 3 December 2019.

• Any site inspection reports (external and internal) and any other briefing material relating to the March 2019 inspection of offsets relating to EPBC 2009/5252
• Any internal emails that detail the findings of the inspection or observations made during the inspection

The applicant requested copies of correspondence about the Middle East Sheep Exports Policy Options Discussion Paper and a copy of the paper.

Can I please make an FOI request for the following in relation to Cameco’s Yeelirrie mine approval (2009/4906):

• Record of the meeting in June 2018 with Minister Price, Cameco and the Department (including handwritten notes)
• Record of the meeting with Greg Manning on 24 September 2018, 11 am, with the MO (including handwritten notes)
• Record of the meeting with Minister Price and her office on 11 October 2018, involving Greg Manning and others
• Record of the phone conversation between Greg Manning and the MO on 18 December 2018 (including handwritten notes)
• Record of the conversation between Greg Manning and James Tregurtha on 5 April 2019 as part of clearing the Yeelirrie decision package (including handwritten notes
• Record of the conversation between Greg Manning and Simon Williamson on 17 April 2019 (including handwritten notes)
• Correspondence (internal or external) about the timing of making the final decision public between 1 March 2019 and 30 April 2019.

1. A list of companies, organisations and individuals which have received a copy of the ‘Expert Panel Examining Opportunities for Further Abatement’ discussion paper of October 2019, as sent by the Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction.

2. A copy of letters or emails sent by the Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction, to which the ‘Expert Panel Examining Opportunities for Further Abatement’ discussion paper was attached, and sent to the following organisations (or their representatives):

• The Minerals Council of Australia
• The Clean Energy Council
• The Carbon Market Institute

3. A copy of any ‘terms of reference’, or equivalent document, provided to Mr Grant King, in his capacity as a member of the ‘Expert Panel Examining Opportunities for Further Abatement’ by the Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction.

The applicant requested copies of reports by ABARES on live export and the economic impact of the live export trade.

Full access was granted to 10 documents and access was refused to 3 documents with deletions under s 34(1)(d) and s 47C.

• Lord Mayor Clover Moore's declaration of a climate emergency
• The office of the Sydney Lord Mayor
• The City of Sydney's annual report

From the period of June 2019 to current.

a) All copies of the City of Sydney 2017-18 Annual report (Statutory Returns) or p14 of the same, downloaded, printed or in the possession of your office and any copies that were forwarded or shared with your office or with other ministerial offices or your department, including the emails or letters attaching the downloads/copies. Please include any altered copies. Please confine the search to between 1 September and 28 October 2019.

b) All internal notes of meetings, notes of phone calls, emails , and mobile platform communications (including texts, imessages, and whatsapp or similar) between the Minister and his staff about the City of Sydney's the 2017-18 annual report, the letter sent to the Lord Mayor Clover Moore dated around 29 September 2019, and the erroneous figures relating to the City's travel expenses included in that letter. Please confine the search to June 24 to October 28, 2019.
