• copies of any applications by Venture Minerals for the Minister’s approval pursuant to condition 36 of the Approval EPBC 2012/6339; and
• copies of any approvals granted by the Minister pursuant to condition 36 of the Approval EPBC 2012/6339.

Briefs, diary entry, list of attendees, agenda and hand-written meeting notes prepared or produced between the 19th August 2019 and the 19th September 2019, by the Office of the Minister for the Environment Susan Ley, for the meeting between Minister Susan Ley’s office and Walker Corporation and their representatives, regarding the Toondah Harbour Development in Queensland.

All documents sent, received or created by the Minister for Energy or his Office from 1 July 2018 to 20 February 2019 that refer to any of the following:

• Brian Fisher
• BAEconomics
• "Economic consequences of some alternative Australian climate policies"
• Cameron Hill
• Redbourne7

Reports that are in the Department’s possession that refer to any species of sawfish in the Gulf of Carpentaria Fin Fish Fishery, or GOCIFFF.

1. For any reports that have been finalised, we request access to a copy of the final reports.
2. For any reports that are yet to be finalised, we request access to a copy of the most recent version of the reports.

The scope of this request is limited to documents within the date range of 1 June 2017 and 22 March 2019.

Eight documents were released in part with deletions under s47C(1) and s47G.
