1. All correspondence between the Department and CSIRO, or the Department and Geoscience Australia relating to the Groundwater Management and Monitoring Plan (GMMP) or the Groundwater-Dependent Ecosystem Management Plan (GDEMP) between 1 January 2019 and 15 April 2019.
2. All briefing notes and reports (either draft or final) provided by CSIRO or Geoscience Australia to the Department relating to the GMMP or GDEMP between 1 January 2019 and 15 April 2019.
3. All records of meetings, records of phone calls, file notes, briefing notes or memos relating to any interactions between the Department and CSIRO, or the Department and Geoscience Australia about the GMMP or GDEMP between 1 January 2019 and 15 April 2019.
4. The document titled ‘Summary of CSIRO and Geoscience Australia Advice on Groundwater Management Plans and Response’ as referred to in the letter from the CSIRO to the Department on 5 April 2019.
5. Any internal correspondence, briefing, notes or reports by the Department relating to the assessment of the GMMP or GDEMP after the plans were re-submitted in March following feedback from CSIRO and Geoscience Australia.
6. All internal briefing notes and reports (either draft or final) produced by the Department relating to the GMMP or GDEMP between 1 January 2019 and 15 April 2019.

Any records from meetings between department staff and Angus Taylor and/or his staff regarding the ecological community "natural temperate grassland of the south eastern highlands" and/or grasslands in the Monaro region. This includes, but is not limited to, the minister's diary entries, notes from meetings, diary entries for department staff who attended meetings, correspondence related to meetings with the minister and/or his staff, any notes from phone calls, any briefings prepared in advance of or as a result of those meetings. Documents and information from 2017 until April 12 2019 are sought.

1. The package of documents (normally called the decision brief) prepared by the Department that the Minister considered in making the decision to approve Adani’s GMMP and GDEMP.
2. Correspondence and records of meetings between the Department and Minister Price (or her office) relating to Adani’s GMMP or GDEMP between 1 November 2018 and 10 April 2019.
3. Briefing material prepared by the Department for Minister Price relating to Adani’s GMMP or GDEMP between 1 December 2018 and 21 March 2019.
4. Correspondence, and records of meeting, between the Department and Minister Canavan (or his office) or between the Department and Minister Taylor (or his office) relating to the GMMP or GDEMP between 1 December 2018 and 21 March 2019.

I make request under the Freedom Of Information Act 1982 for all documents computer generated or otherwise pertaining to public private partners such as JEMENA gathering "Private Information" on home owners, renters or others through the "Smart Meter Wi-Fi networks. I seek all documents related to disaggregated information collected and stored by the companies such as JEMENA and the level of the information collected and any clandestine intelligence gathering by these government contracted companies. I also seek all documents relating third party sharing of the information disaggregated or otherwise with law enforcement agencies, City councils, or any other organisations.
