Copies of all correspondence between the Minister for the Environment and Energy and the Department of Environment and Energy regarding the development of methodologies to value carbon in forests, dated between 1 September 2016 and 30 November 2017.

All correspondence and documents, including, but not limited to, briefs, reports and emails, sent and received between the Department of the Environment and Energy and the Western Australian Government between 17 August 2017 and 2 August 2018 that relate to the ongoing harvesting of the Gnangara, Yanchep and Pinjar pine plantations near Perth, Western Australia.

I wish to access documents containing information about the $10 billion investments the Clean Energy Finance Corporation has funded on behalf of the Australian Government.

Specifically, I am seeking information about:

• Documents produced between March 26, 2016 and March 26, 2019 that relate to the performance of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation
• Documents produced between March 26, 2016 and March 26, 2019 that relate to the performance of the projects the Clean Energy Finance Corporation has financed with the $10 billion Government funding.

By performance I mean how effective they've been in selecting and funding projects/companies that have then managed to reduce carbon emissions. I am interested in financial performance and non-financial performance of the entity and individual investments.

Contracts entered into between Mr Brian Fisher and BAEconomics and the department of environment and energy from 14 September 2013 until 2 May 2019.

1. The DOEE’s investigation report “into the clearing that has already occurred on Wombinoo Station” as referenced in the ABC story on 6 December http://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-12-06/land-clearing-allegations-against… : "The Department has completed an investigation into the clearing that has already occurred on Wombinoo Station and has determined that, in accordance with the Department’s compliance and enforcement policy, and the circumstances surrounding the alleged offence, that no further compliance action is warranted.” Publicly available documents are not required.
2. 5. The DOEE’s compliance report into the alleged vegetation clearing at Wombinoo Station that occurred in 2017 in the area subject to referral under the EPBC Act (Ref 2017/7903), as referred to in the letter sent by EDO NSW on behalf of The Wilderness Society dated 17 November 2017. 6. All documents containing correspondence regarding Wombinoo Station between DOEE and the Office of the Minister for the Environment and the Department of Environment and Energy. 1. Chevron Australia Pty Ltd- Gorgon Gas Development Fourth Train Expansion Proposal. (EPBC 2011/5942)
   Request for access to the Response to Public Submissions and Final Environmental Impact Statement documents prepared by Chevron Australia on behalf of the GJVs (Date of Notice – 18/12/2014).
2. Water Corporation Southern Seawater Desalination Project- Binningup (Lots 32, 33 and part Lot 8 Tarato Rd, Binningup/WA). (EPBC 2008/4173)
   Request for access to the Final Public Environmental Report and the Response to Public Submissions documentation prepared by the Water Corporation that were published on 20th May 2009 – 1st July 2009.

1. Any preliminary or rejected drafts of approval conditions, and recommendation reports on approval or referral decisions, provided to the Minister in relation to the Carmichael Coal mine (EPBC 2010/5736) from 18/11/2010 to 14/10/2015.
2. Any preliminary or rejected drafts of approval conditions, and recommendation reports on approval or referral decisions, provided to the Minister in relation to the North Galilee Basin Rail Project (EPBC 2013/6885) from 30/5/2013 to 14/10/2015.
3. Any preliminary or rejected drafts of approval conditions, and recommendation reports on approval or referral decisions, provided to the Minister in relation to Abbot Point Terminal 0 (EPBC 2011/6194) from 15/11/2011 to 10/12/2013.

• The request from the Threatened Species Scientific Committee that was submitted to Minister Price in September 2018 requesting an extension of time for its assessment of the Australian Sea Lion's threat status, and any supporting documents accompanying that request.
• The request from the Threatened Species Scientific Committee that was submitted to Minister Price in 2019 requesting an extension of time for its assessment of the Australian Sea Lion's threat status, and any supporting documents accompanying that request.
• The Minister's response to both requests above and any decision reasoning that may have accompanied it.
• Any meeting minutes of the Threatened Species Scientific Committee insofar as they relate to the Australian Sea Lion since September 2018 to date.

I request all emails, correspondence, reports, records of phone calls, and briefings sent, received or created by the Department of Environment and Energy from 1 July 2018 to 20 March 2019 that refer to any of the following:

• Brian Fisher
• BAEconomics
• "Economic consequences of some alternative Australian climate policies"
• Cameron Hill
• Redbourne7 

The applicant requested various documents relating to consignments of live animals exported from Australia and the cancellation of the export licence of one exporter.

Eight documents were released in part with deletions under s22, s45(1), s47G(1) and s47F(1).
