Documents dated between 31 August 2018 and 21 February 2019 being or evidencing the reasons for which the Department of Environment and Energy and/or the Minister for the Environment or her office of delegate recommended and/or made the Decision under s 10 of the Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 (Cth) to make Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection (Butterfly Cave, West Wallsend, NSW) Declaration 2019 on 31 January 2019, including, but not limited to, any assessment report prepared by the Department of Environment and Energy for the purposes of advising the Minister in relation to the Decision.
2. The report prepared by Dr Susan McIntyre-Tamwoy and submitted in September 2017 to the former Minister for the Environment and Energy, the Hon Josh Frydenberg MP, in accordance with the subsection 10(4) of the ATSIHP Act.

The applicant requested copies of briefing notes prepared for the Minister and records of telephone calls, tele-presences and meetings related to the live export of livestock from Australia.
