We publish a list of documents we have released in response to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests as required by the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). We publish these documents within 10 business days of release to the FOI applicant.

All information included in this log is available for public access.

Check this log before you make a new FOI request.

We also help portfolio Ministers to comply with disclosure obligations. Our disclosure log provides details in relation to any documents released by the office of a portfolio Minister.

What we don’t publish

We don't publish information that would be considered 'unreasonable' to publish, unless it can be practically modified. This includes:

  • personal information about any person
  • information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person
  • other information covered by a determination made by the Australian Information Commissioner

meetings between staff of the Department of the Environment and Energy and Warren Entsch MP, Senator Matt Canavan, Senator Barry O’Sullivan and Barnaby Joyce MP (or their representatives) where Crystalbrook Station was discussed at the meeting.

All correspondence created between January 2014 and now between staff of the Department of the Environment and Energy and Warren Entsch MP, Senator Matt Canavan, Senator Barry O’Sullivan and Barnaby Joyce MP (or their representatives) that discussed Crystalbrook Station.

The Crystalbrook Station referred to in item 1 and 2 above is the Crystalbrook Station located in the Mareeba Shire in Far North Queensland and is Lot 2 on plan LD157.
