We publish a list of documents we have released in response to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests as required by the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). We publish these documents within 10 business days of release to the FOI applicant.

All information included in this log is available for public access.

Check this log before you make a new FOI request.

We also help portfolio Ministers to comply with disclosure obligations. Our disclosure log provides details in relation to any documents released by the office of a portfolio Minister.

What we don’t publish

We don't publish information that would be considered 'unreasonable' to publish, unless it can be practically modified. This includes:

  • personal information about any person
  • information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person
  • other information covered by a determination made by the Australian Information Commissioner

I am requesting the signed Funding Agreement between Greatcell Solar Limited and the Australian Renewable Energy Agency for a grant in support of a project titled Perovskite Solar Cell Technology – Large Area Module Development. I understand that the Funding Agreement was first signed in late 2017.
I am also seeking any formal variations that have been made to the above Funding Agreement since it was first signed.

I request documents related to the Melbourne Strategic Assessment.

1. I ask for any submission and associated documents from the Victorian Government or its public service departments requesting: 1) an extension to the date by which land for the Western Grassland Reserves must be purchased/the reserves are established; 2) the date for ending the Melbourne Strategic Assessment Program; 3) any changes to the method of raising offset income used to purchase and manage land for the Western Grassland Reserves and any other reserves inside the MSA Program area. I also ask for any documents produced in response to these submissions, including the department’s decisions on those submissions.

2. Under the Melbourne Strategic Assessment Program (see pages 31, 44, 48 of the MSA Program Report, 2009) the Victorian Government is required to provide the Commonwealth with reports on the implementation of the management plan prepared for private property that has been designated for inclusion in the Western Grassland Reserves but has yet to be acquired, every six months in 2010-2011 and annually thereafter.
I request:
A copy of each of the reports submitted by the Victorian government on the implementation of the interim management plan as required in the Melbourne Strategic Assessment Program (unless they are already public)
A copy of all documents produced by the Department or any other entity in response to receipt of those reports.

3. I request a copy of the terms of reference for an independent monitor agreed between the Commonwealth and Victorian Governments, the name of the independent monitor so appointed, and copies of any reports from the independent monitor provided to the Commonwealth (see pages 72, 73, 78 of the MSA Program Report, 2009)

4. I request a copy of the Acquisition schedule for the Western Grassland Reserves as required to be prepared and provided to the Department by Victoria by December 2010 (see page 48 of the MSA Program Report 2009) and any new or amended acquisition schedule provided after that schedule.
