1.a copy of the letter sent from the Department of the Environment to land owners who hold high value agriculture permits issued by the Queensland government clarifying an earlier letter, which was sent to 51 such land owners in December 2015.

I would like to lodge the following Freedom of Information Request in regard to my doctoral research.
In regard to 1986, 1996, 2001, 2006 and 2011 Australian Government State of the Environment reports, can you provide documents to me which:

1) present the final cost of each report?

2) summarise or otherwise account for the number of departmental FTE effort involved in producing each report?

3) summarise or otherwise account for the value of outsourced contributions in the achievement of each report?
