The department will shortly begin sending important Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) notifications from its subscription service only.
You may be subscribed to receive our newsletters and industry notices about fish export news but not subscribed to the NEXDOC exporters and Client Groups stakeholder group. This means that, unless you register, you may miss out on important notifications, information and updates.
Registered NEXDOC exporters and Client Groups stakeholders receive direct notification about:
- Scheduled and unscheduled outages affecting NEXDOC users
- Issues affecting NEXDOC certification
- NEXDOC changes that may affect how you do business
- Important legal and policy information.
Notifications include advice on impacts to NEXDOC users and what action they can take. These notifications can be key to ensuring exporters don’t experience delays to their exports, including obtaining time critical export permits and certificates.
To become a NEXDOC exporters and Client Groups stakeholder and receive these notifications, go to the subscription centre , enter your details, and select the NEXDOC – exporters and Client Groups option.
