During the Christmas and New Year period of 2014-15, the Department of Agriculture Plant Exports offices will be either closed or staffed with reduced numbers and hours. Confirmed appointments for inspections over the Christmas and New Year period will be serviced in accordance with arrangements made with the relevant Plant Exports office, and overtime charges will be applied for inspections out of normal business hours. The department’s office in Canberra will be closed during the Christmas and New Year period.

Appointments for inspections during this period need to be arranged by contacting your Plant Exports office prior to Thursday, 25 December 2014. Contact the relevant regional Plant Exports office for specific arrangements relating to cut-off times.
