Purpose
This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify industry of changes to the dates for the expected maintenance outage for our learning management system (LearnHub).
Summary of changes and key points
- LearnHub will be unavailable from Thursday 11 April 2024 to Sunday 14 April 2024 (AEDT).
- LearnHub will be available again from Monday 15 April 2024.
- From Sunday 14 April 2024, LearnHub will have a new URL http://www.Learnhub.agriculture.gov.au.
- During the system outage, users will be unable to access LearnHub.
- The system outage will not affect any data within LearnHub, such as course progress or completion status.
Background
LearnHub will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to transition the system to a new server and make security enhancements. These changes will allow LearnHub to load and perform faster and will improve security over data stored in the system.
Note: This IAN supersedes the information in IAN 2024-14: Plant Export Operations – Learnhub expected maintenance outage.

- Familiarise yourself with the timing of the expected system outage and impact.
- Update any bookmarks to the new URL http://www.Learnhub.agriculture.gov.au.
