2026-34: Plant Exports – Micor migration to a new platform

18 June 2026

Purpose

This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to provide information regarding Micor migration to a new platform and upcoming information sessions.

Summary of changes and key points

  • On 16 July 2026, Micor will be transitioning to a new platform.
  • Most users will experience only minor changes in the new Micor platform. To support you ahead of transition, we will be delivering online information sessions from 29 June 2026 to 6 July 2026.
  • These sessions will cover the following areas:
    • an overview of the new Micor platform
    • guidance on updating bookmarks and information on useful features and user interface changes
    • instructions on setting up ‘Two Factor Authentication (TFA)’ for users requiring access to password-protected Micor content.
  • User guides are also being developed and will be available in conjunction with the release to support users in understanding and navigating the new Micor platform with ease.

Background

Micor is being transitioned to a new platform to improve system performance, reliability and the ongoing user experience. The change will help ensure Micor continues to meet operational needs and can support future improvements.
