Who does this notice affect?
All clients making payments through the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS), Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS) or the Online Payment Portal (OPP).
Due to a scheduled outage of the department’s financial database, clients will experience delays receiving their invoices/receipts from 09:00 to 10:00 Saturday 24 November 2018 (AEDT).
Clients making payments in PEBS, COLS or OPP will experience delays of approximately 40 minutes from the completion of the outage period before receiving a copy of their invoice/receipt via email.
The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources apologises for any inconvenience caused.
If you have not received a copy of your invoice/receipt more than two hours after making payment, you can contact the department on 1800 900 090.
