Who does this notice affect?
All clients attempting to submit access invoices using the Department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system during this planned maintenance period.
All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned outage.
All clients who will be required to make an online payment during this planned outage period.
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned outage.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned outage period.
Due to scheduled maintenance, the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS), Online Payment Service (OPP) and the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) will be unavailable from 23:00 Thursday 06 August to 03:30 Friday 07 August 2020 (AEST).
BICON and MARS will be available during this time, however clients may encounter error messages when attempting to view invoices or make payments.
Clients are advised to await the completion of this maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
