Who does this notice affect?
All clients required to create new permit applications or access existing application documents within the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) system.
Due to an issue in the department’s IT infrastructure, BICON is currently experiencing a service disruption.
Clients may be unable to:
- Create new import permit applications
- Access help files
- Progress account management such as password resets, creating new accounts or joining existing accounts
- Access hyperlink resources saved as documents
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
