Who does this notice affect?
All parties who reported 278 or more SAC declarations in the Integrated Cargo System (ICS) for the 1 October to 31 December 2024 quarter.
What has changed?
Notices of Liability for the 1 October to 31 December 2024 quarter have now been issued to parties who reported 278 or more SAC declarations for this period.
The notices have been emailed to all liable reporters, who now have 10 business days from the date on the notice to review their SAC counts and respond via email agreeing to the identified number of SAC declarations or seeking a review. A reporter request for review needs to be supported by documentary evidence.
Reporters are reminded that if no response is received within this 10-business day period, an invoice will be issued for the number of SAC declarations in the notice.
