All clients engaging with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (department) by phone and/or anticipating email responses from the department.

Detail:
Between approximately 13:10 and 14:00 on Friday 30 May 2025 (AEST), the department was experiencing an unplanned service disruption to it’s internet-dependent services, including telephony and email services. As a result, some clients engaging with the department by phone may have experienced intermittent connectivity issues, including call dropouts. Clients anticipating email responses from the department may have also experienced some delays in receiving these responses.
This issue has now been resolved, and clients engaging with the department by phone should not experience any further connection issues. Similarly, clients anticipating email responses from the department should now continue to receive these as normal.

No action required. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
