Detail:
The unplanned service disruption to the department’s automated documentation processing services for consignments of imported goods lodged via Self-Assessed Clearance (SAC), has now been resolved.
The department’s automated documentation processing services for SAC consignments are functioning as normal, and the backlog of consignments which were impacted by the service disruption are currently being processed.
Action
No action required – clients submitting the above declaration types, including clients who may have been impacted by the service disruption, do not need to submit documentation to the department via email to SACNCC@aff.gov.au.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
