Information
Resolved time: As of: 12:15 Wednesday 16 July 2025 (AEST).
Detail:
Between 09:32 and 12:15 on Wednesday 16 July 2025 (AEST), there was an unplanned service disruption to the following systems:
- Biosecurity Portal (both the ‘Sign in with your digital identity to access’ and the ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ pathways)
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- Cargo Online Lodgement System – Business-to-Government (COLSB2G)
As a result, users of the above-listed systems may have experienced the following issues during the service disruption window:
- Biosecurity Portal: Users may have been unable to submit requests for inspection via either login pathway
- COLS/COLSB2G: Users may have been unable to access either system and/or may have received error messages advising there were ‘issues in prefilling data from entries’
This service disruption has since been resolved, and users of the above-listed systems can now access all services as normal.
