Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period.
All users of the Cargo Online Lodgement System Business to Government (COLSB2G) system during this planned maintenance period.
All shipping agents or operators of maritime conveyances who will be required to report pre-arrival information during this planned maintenance period.
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System during this planned maintenance period.
Information
Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, there will be a scheduled service disruption (service degradation) to the following departmental systems between 23:00 to 23:45 Saturday 20 September 2025 (AEST):
- AAMP
- Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
- COLSB2G
- Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)
- Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)
Users of the above-listed systems may experience intermittent slowness and/or a temporary inability to load some pages/execute functions during the maintenance window.
Action
Users of the above-listed systems are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
