Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal using the ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ (‘Other User’) pathway.
Information
To support a system release, there will be a scheduled service disruption to the Biosecurity Portal (Other User) pathway between 20:00 to 20:59 Thursday 09 October 2025 (AEDT). As a result, users may experience multiple intermittent outages and/or service degradation during the service disruption window.
AAMP users attempting to access this service via the Biosecurity Portal (Other User) pathway during the service disruption window may also experience intermittent connectivity issues.
The following departmental systems and login pathways are not impacted during the service disruption window and will be accessible as normal:
- Biosecurity Portal – ‘Sign in with your Digital ID’ (myID) pathway
- Biosecurity Cargo Status Tracker
- External verification for eCertificates (EVE)
Action
Users of the above-listed affected systems and services are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
