Information
Restored time:
As of: 10:39am Saturday 18 October 2025 (AEDT).
Detail:
Between approximately 12:00pm Friday 17 October 2025 (AEDT) and 10:39am Saturday 18 October 2025 (AEDT), there was an unplanned service disruption to emailing services from external email domains to departmental email domains.
As a result, departmental email domains were not receiving emails from external email domains, which were being queued during the unplanned service disruption.
This issue has now been resolved, and the department is receiving emails from external email domains as normal.
Action
No action required. The backlog of queued emails between external email domains and departmental email domains is currently being transmitted.
The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
