Who does this notice affect?
Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view and/or update details of their Approved Arrangement via the Approved Arrangement Management Product (AAMP).
Approved arrangements operators, customs brokers, importers, manned depots, and freight forwarders who are required to book and manage requests for inspections through the Biosecurity Portal using the ‘Sign in with digital identity to access’ pathway.
Approved arrangement operators attempting to access online reports of entries referred to the department for biosecurity assessment, or management under a class 19 Approved Arrangement, via the Biosecurity Cargo Status Tracker (BCST).
Approved arrangements operators who will be required to view electronic government certificates (eCertificates) and relevant attachments online via external verification for eCertificates (EVE) as part of document assessment for imported goods.
All users of the Australian Government’s Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).
Information
Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance at Services Australia, there will be a scheduled outage from 23:30 Friday 14 November to 07:00 Monday 17 November 2025 (AEDT)* to the following departmental systems and services which require Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) and / or Digital Identity (myID) to access:
- Biosecurity Portal – ‘Sign in with your digital identity to access’ pathway
- BCST
- EVE
There will also be an outage to the RAM website.
*Whilst access to the above-listed affected systems and services may vary throughout the outage window, users of these systems and services should anticipate potential unavailability for the complete duration of the outage window.
The following departmental systems and login pathways are not impacted during the outage window and will be accessible as normal:
- AAMP
- Biosecurity Portal – ‘Sign in with your email address to access’ pathway

Where possible, users of the above-listed affected systems and services are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
