Who does this notice affect?
All importers and customs brokers who will be required to lodge imported cargo documentation to the department for biosecurity assessment during this planned maintenance period (e.g. clients required to use the Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)).
All importers of plants, cats and/or dogs who will be required to use the Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS) during this planned maintenance period.
Information
To support a system release, there will be a scheduled service disruption (service degradation) to COLS and PEBS between 23:00 to 23:45 Sunday 30 November 2025 (AEDT).
COLS and PEBS users may experience intermittent slowness and/or an inability to load pages/execute functions during the service disruption window.
Action
Where possible, users of the above-listed system are advised to await the completion of this planned maintenance period before attempting to access these services.
