This list is referenced in section 32(2) of the Biosecurity (Conditionally Non-prohibited Goods) Determination 2021 (Goods Determination).

This list contains conditionally non-prohibited goods which are subject to specific conditions of import, as outlined in the Goods Determination.

The Biosecurity Import Conditions system(BICON) reflects the information contained in the Goods Determination and this list. Importers should consult BICON, in conjunction with the Goods Determination, for the full range of import conditions for all goods intended for import.
