Effective 1 December 2002 AQIS will commence charging for Grain Export Documentation as prescribed in the Export Control (Fees) Orders 2001 and Charging Guidelines of November 2001. The prescribed fees are:

AQIS and Industry (through the AQIS/Grains Industry Consultative Committee) will continue to work on the development of a new fee schedule that will adapt the program to contemporary operating practices that will occur with the uptake of EXDOC and Co-regulation systems with a view to implementing the new fee structure in July 2003.
