Grain & Plant Products email: EXDOC Phyto Grains

The following electronic export certification arrangements will continue unchanged:

  • All requests are to be received in writing (email is sufficient)
  • Charging is as per the Horticulture Exports Program or Grain & Seed Exports Program charging guidelines
  • Reissued phytosanitary certificates to be returned to the Plant Exports electronic export certification team, Canberra
  • Auditing and reporting of electronic export certification by the National Systems Manager

In addition, all clients who utilise the services of the Single Electronic Window (SEW) – EDN obtained through the RFP – and require the EDN to be withdrawn are to direct such requests to the EXDOC helpdesk email.

Please note that this is for requesting action on an EDN only and not for the RFP.

These arrangements have been provided to respond to increasing demand for Plant Export Operations Program electronic export certification services.
