Who does this notice affect?

This notice is of interest to all clients of the Department of Agriculture.

What is changing?

The department has introduced a new approach to delivering services across Australia. The officer or teams you deal with are now grouped in a national structure by the service they provide, such as inspecting or auditing, rather than by location.

We expect these changes will result in more convenient, cost-effective and nationally consistent services and products for you.

How will it affect the way I deal with the department?

You will continue to deal with department and staff as you did before. You may not always deal with the same officer or the ones you usually see.

You can continue to contact us by phone on 1800 900 090 where there is a phone menu to guide your call to the right person to help you.
