2016-70 - Business Systems Program – Christmas and New Year Shutdown Period – Cut-off Dates for Updates to EXDOC and MICoR

Purpose

To advise plant export clients and exporters of the cut-off dates for updates to EXDOC and MICoR during the Christmas and New Year shutdown period.

Background

EXDOC plant programs and MICoR plants inboxes will not be monitored between close of business (COB) Friday 23 December 2016 and Monday 2 January 2017. Any requests received during this period will be actioned from Tuesday 3 January 2017.

Summary of changes and key points

If you require updates or amendments to EXDOC product coding or MICoR plants cases prior to COB Friday 23 December 2016, please send your request to the relevant team within the following timeframes:

  • EXDOC coding request for plant exports must be received by COB Monday, 19 December 2016 at EXDOC Plant Programs.
  • MICoR cases (amendments and new cases) for plant exports must be received by COB Wednesday, 14 December 2016 at MICoR Plants.

If you have enquiries relating to plant export certification (i.e. not updates to EXDOC coding or MICoR cases) on 28, 29 and 30 December 2016 please contact the National Documentation Hub at Plant Exports National Documentation Hub.

Client and exporter responsibilities

  • Note the Christmas and New Year shutdown period dates
  • Ensure all EXDOC coding and MICoR cases are submitted by the relevant cut-off dates.
