Australian Harmonized Export Commodity Classification (AHECC) codes

​​This page provides information on Australian Harmonized Export Commodity Classification (AHECC) codes, which you may need when applying for a JAEPA quota certificate.

Any codes bolded are still eligible for quota, but are better value under the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). As such, these code would not attract quota.

There are agricultural safeguard measures setup under the TPP, if the trigger levels are met the department will be able to issue quota for these products that had a better value tariff-rate under the TPP.
