Who does this notice affect?

All clients required to create new permit applications or access existing application documents within the department’s Biosecurity Import Conditions (BICON) System.


Due to an issue in the department’s IT infrastructure, BICON is currently experiencing a service disruption.

Some clients are not able to create new permit applications or access documents related to existing applications. This issue is under investigation by the department.

The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
